MISSION
Over 26,000 foster youth age out of the foster care system when they turn 18 or 21 years old every year. Foster youth are handed a trash bag, a list of homeless shelters, and sent into the world with little to no support.
We’re on a mission to engage the community to support and empower youth aging out of the foster care system to become self-sufficient. At the core of our work is the belief that we have the power to become better than our life circumstances. Our vision is a self-sufficient life for all foster youth.
